Private Training Session
Service Description
Private lessons provide athletes with focused one-on-one coaching designed to accelerate skill development and build confidence. Each session includes thorough static and dynamic stretching, targeted skill-focused drills, strength and body control training, and hands-on spotting to safely progress through new skills. With individualized attention, athletes receive personalized feedback, technique correction, and customized progressions based on their current ability level and goals. Whether working on fundamental movements or advanced tumbling skills, private sessions ensure athletes develop proper form, strength, and consistency in a supportive training environment.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or rescheduled, please do so online or let us know at least two (2) hours before your session start time. No shows and cancellations within 2 hours will be charged the full session amount.
